Android Emulator is a software application that enables you to run Android apps and games on a PC by emulating Android OS. Cover presents your library in a neat and beautiful interface. One of the best comic viewers - in portable form. AppShopper is one of the largest iPhone, iPad, and Mac app directories. A smart upscaling mode renders even low-res files as crisply as possible, while multiple view modes let you read however you like. Manga Toon - Best Free Master Manga & Comic Reader is an Android app and cannot be installed on Windows PC or MAC directly. ComicRack Free is a great comics reader app with plenty of different features.
